Q: Do I pay at the beginning or at the end?
A: Great question. Full payment is made upfront prior to anything starting.
Q: Can any video be promoted?
A: Almost. Videos with swearing or cursing will need to be censored. Google does not allow advertising with foul language, nudity or anything explicit.
Q: Will my video get the exact results you advertised?
A: Actual results will vary depending on the quality of the actual video. These are real people viewing a real ad so if the ad sucks, no one will want to view it or interact with it. But in general, we will do our absolute best to make sure we reach the goals we specified.
Q: Do you give refunds if I'm not satisfied?
A: If the video does not reach the goal specified within the 90 day period that Arazo Media sets for the Client, a partial refund may be offered based on the % that was not reached. Example: campaign projection = 1M but actual campaign = 800K. A 20% refund would be possible in that case. The refund is only in the case of views not hitting their goals and does not apply to anything to do with Likes / Dislikes, Comments or Subscribers. Those factors are a lot less predictable and vary heavily based on the quality of the video as well as how well it is tailored to the market.
